There’s no right or wrong time — it’s simply when you feel ready. Some brides prefer to choose early to secure current pricing and set the overall look of their wedding, while others are happy to decide later. At Eden Bridal we generally recommend allowing at least 6 months for delivery and around 8 weeks for alterations, with most brides purchasing their gown 12–18 months before the wedding. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate shorter timelines, with many designers offering stock, express, or rush options — we’ve even dressed a bride in just 9 days.

Yes — we work by appointment to ensure every client receives our full attention. Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or via social media and are non-refundable.

We offer two appointment options:

Standard Appointment (45 minutes | £10)

Available during off-peak times (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons). This private, one-to-one consultation is ideal for browsing, consultations, trying up to two dresses, trying on and collecting orders, or shopping for accessories. Some brides do find their gown during this appointment.

Premiere Appointment (90 minutes | £25)

Available during peak times (Monday afternoons, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, and all day Saturday). This extended one-to-one experience allows time to browse with family, enjoy refreshments, try on wedding or bridesmaid dresses, and complete sizing and paperwork.

We understand that this special experience is one you wish to share with your family and close friends and we really do welcome that, we can accommodate bride plus three guests in the bridal suite Our private suite can accommodate two guests plus the bride, and our bridesmaids suite has had many a bride tribe visit. We are definitely child friendly, however not child safe (due to the nature of displays and stock), we kindly request that an adult be available to supervise any wee dotes, and for the older children we are more than happy to share our wifi code to enable them to not get bored. WE WOULD ASK YOU NOT TO ARRIVE EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AS OUR TIMES ARE SET.

We provide everything you’ll need for your appointment, but for the most comfortable experience, we recommend wearing comfortable underwear and a strapless bra. For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you wear full briefs rather than a thong or G-string.

If you have a specific heel height in mind, feel free to bring your own shoes to try on with the gowns. And of course, the one thing you absolutely must bring is your smile! 😊

When ordering a new wedding dress, prices start at £1050 and travel up to £2,500. Average spend is between £1400 - £1800.

We have off the peg options starting at £500

Bridesmaids pricing starts at £210 and travels up to £360.

At Eden Bridal, we delight in creating a memorable and joyful experience as you find your perfect wedding gown. Once you’ve said yes to the dress, we offer two flexible payment options for your convenience:

50% Deposit Option
Pay a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due when your gown arrives in store.

Flexible Payment Plan
Enjoy a stress-free payment plan with no set-up fees, no interest, and no credit checks. Choose flexible terms over 6, 9, 12, or 18 months. Our team will help you select the option that best suits you — all we need is your email address to arrange a secure payment link.

Off-the-Peg Purchases
As these gowns are ready to take home, off-the-peg purchases are kindly required to be paid in full at the time of selection.

Once your selection is confirmed, we’ll take your measurements (not applicable to Off The Peg purchases), finalise your order, and capture celebratory photographs to commemorate this special moment.

We take your bust, waist, and hip measurements and compare them to your designer’s size chart to determine the best starting size. Please note that dresses are made to order, not made to measure, so while each gown is created in your chosen size, it is not custom-shaped to your body. Alterations by an experienced bridal seamstress are often needed to ensure the dress fits beautifully.

All gowns are made slightly longer by design, as length can be shortened but not extended. Depending on your height and proportions, alterations are essential for the perfect fit.

Are there additional fees?
Each designer has specific policies that may include sizing fees, extra length charges, or express delivery costs. Any applicable fees are fully discussed and agreed upon during the ordering process. Occasionally, we may need to confirm pricing for additional fabric, appliqués, or design changes before confirming your order.
